Welcome Center
Age: 18+
The Welcome Center Team helps guests take their next step by providing information, answering questions, and connecting people with opportunities at First Assembly. Whether it's learning about Growth Track, Connect Groups, upcoming events, or finding the right ministry, the Welcome Center is here to help everyone feel informed, connected, and at home.
Parking Team
Age: 16+, Background Check
The Parking Team gives guests a positive first impression by creating a safe, welcoming, and efficient arrival and departure experience. Whether directing traffic, assisting with parking, or providing golf cart transportation to and from the parking lot, the team helps every guest feel cared for from the moment they arrive until they head home.
Ushers
Age: 18+, Background Check
The Usher Team helps create a positive worship experience by welcoming and assisting guests with seating, facilitating tithes and offerings, and helping maintain a comfortable, distraction-free environment throughout the service.
Administrative Team

The Administrative Team serves behind the scenes to help ministry happen. This team provide support by assisting with office projects and event preparation to connecting with people and helping them take their next step.
Next Steps Host Team
Age: 18+
The Next Steps Host Team helps create a welcoming and organized environment for people taking their next step in their faith journey. From setting up for Growth Track, baptisms, and other Next Steps experiences to assisting guests throughout each event, this team helps ensure every person feels encouraged, prepared, and supported.
Prayer Team
Age: 18+, Background Check
The Prayer Team helps people find freedom through the power of prayer and the presence of God. Whether serving on the virtual Prayer Chain, praying with individuals during altar ministry, or participating in church-wide prayer initiatives, this team faithfully intercedes for others and creates opportunities for people to encounter God's peace, healing, guidance, and transforming power.
Coffee Bar Team

The Coffee Bar Team helps create a welcoming and hospitable environment where people can connect and build relationships. By serving coffee and engaging guests with warmth and friendliness after services, this team helps every person feel valued, encouraged, and at home. Through simple acts of hospitality, the Coffee Bar Team creates opportunities for meaningful conversations and life-giving community.
Community Response Team

The Community Response Team helps First Assembly make a difference by demonstrating the love of Jesus through practical acts of service. Whether assisting with home repairs, delivering furniture and household items, or partnering with local ministries and organizations, this team serves individuals and families in need throughout Southwest Florida. Through compassion and action, team members help bring hope and reflect the Gospel in tangible ways.
Evangelistic Outreach Team

The Evangelistic Outreach Team helps First Assembly make a difference by sharing the hope of Jesus with our community. Through personal evangelism, outreach events, training opportunities, and partnerships with local churches and organizations, this team helps connect people with the life-changing message of the Gospel. Whether serving, praying, or having conversations about faith, team members are sent to impact the world around them.
Retirement & Care Facilities Team
Age: 16+, Background Check
The Retirement & Care Facilities Team helps First Assembly make a difference by bringing encouragement, companionship, and the hope of Christ to residents in local retirement and care facilities. Through worship services, Bible studies, prayer, and meaningful relationships, this team creates opportunities for people to know God, experience His love, and remain connected to a caring community of faith.
